Dailymotion Teams Up with ESWC for North American and European Dota2™ Qualifiers
Dailymotion, the world’s second largest video platform, is partnering with the Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) to show live, and on demand, the qualifying rounds from this pioneering video games competition.
ESWC is a worldwide gaming competition held every year for the last decade. It begins locally with national qualifying, and culminates with The ESWC Grand Final, organised in Paris, France, from October 30th to November 3rd, gathering all the best competitors from each country at a live show. The final is lauded around the world for its organisation and ability to put on a good show for spectators.
Dailymotion will exclusively stream the Dota2 ESWC Qualifiers for Europe and North America in September and October 2013.
- North American teams will compete on September 27, 28, 29
- European teams will compete on October 3, 4, 5, 6

Each qualifier will feature an Open Tournament for up to 512 teams followed by a Play-offs reserved for the best 4 teams of the Open and pre-selected teams.
At the end of the competitions, each qualifier will grant two slots for the ESWC Grand Final, where the winning team will receive flights to Paris and hotel accommodation during the Grand Final sponsored by Dailymotion.

The 4 qualifying teams will be able to compete in the ESWC Grand Final including :
- Dota2 Final played on the giant ESWC Stage in front of 3,000 people on November 3rd
- Multi-languages live streams available on Dailymotion and ESWC.com during the whole tournament
- Cash Prize of 111,000.00 US$, including 25,000.00 US$ for the Dota2 tournament
