Dailymotion announces the strengthening of its executive committee with three appointments: Amandine Ferré as Chief Financial Officer, Stéphanie Fraise as chief People Officer and Laetitia Ménasé as General Counsel.

They report to Maxime Saada, Chairman and CEO of Dailymotion.

Laetitia Ménasé retains her position as Director Legal Affairs of CANAL+ Group, for which she reports to Frédéric Crépin, General Counsel of Vivendi and CANAL + Group.

These appointments are effective immediately.

Amandine Ferré started her career as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger Consultants, mainly on telecom and media projects. She joined the CANAL + Group’s Strategy Department in 2010, where she worked on various development projects in France and abroad, notably in Africa. In 2013 she was appointed Head of Business Development at CANAL + OVERSEAS, which has since become CANAL + INTERNATIONAL, where she was responsible for strategy, M & A and management control. Amandine Ferré is a graduate of Telecom Paris (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications) and holds a Master’s Degree in Management and New Technology (HEC / Telecom Paris).

Stéphanie Fraise began her career at France Télécom Orange as a product manager before being appointed to Marketing at Orange Internet in 1999. She joined the Canal + Group Marketing Department in 2001 as Head of Marketing and then Operational Marketing. In 2008, she became project manager of the Group’s program to migrate subscribers to digital platforms. Stéphanie Fraise joined the Sales Department in 2010 as Sales Director of CANAL +, managing the entire network of partner stores and the Group’s own boutiques. Stéphanie Fraise is a graduate of the INSEEC Business School in Bordeaux and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Laëtitia Ménasé started her career as a lawyer with Bredin Prat on mergers and acquisitions, particularly on international projects. She joined Vivendi’s Legal Department in 2012 as Director of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. In this position, she was entrusted with numerous projects, including the acquisition of EMI by Universal Music Group, Lagardère group’s sale of its stake in Canal Plus France, the sale of Maroc Telecom and the acquisition of Dailymotion in 2015. In 2016, she joined CANAL + Group as Director of Legal Affairs. Laëtitia Ménasé is a graduate of ESSEC, holds a Magisterium of Business Law and Taxation (Paris 2, Panthéon Assas) and ranked first at the Paris Bar exam in 2007.
